The Masters of Hypnosis Retreat is an immersive experience in Ibiza where you'll dive deep into the art and science of hypnosis and ecstatic trance work. Led by certified Master hypnotherapist David Marius, this retreat combines intensive training, practical exercises, and personal growth opportunities in a stunning Mediterranean setting.

While prior experience can be beneficial, it's not required. Our retreat caters to various skill levels, from curious beginners to experienced practitioners looking to refine their techniques. What's most important is your openness to learn and grow.

You'll explore a wide range of hypnosis techniques, including:

• Advanced induction methods
• Deepening techniques
• Therapeutic applications of hypnosis
• Self-hypnosis mastery
• Integrating hypnosis with other modalities (e.g., NLP, mindfulness) Plus, you'll have the opportunity to practice these skills in a supportive environment, receiving feedback from David and fellow participants.

You will receive a certificate attesting you have completed the training. However, this is not a professional diploma. If you wish to be professionally certified by me, you will need to undertake a more rigorous training as a mentee. In any case, I will need to attest of your level of competence throughout time. Attendance to the retreat does not guarantee certification.

By registering for a Retreat with David Marius, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment & Payment

• Your place is confirmed upon full payment or upon activation of your payment plan.
• All payment plans must be completed no later than 60 days before the retreat start date.
• Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellations by Participant

• Cancellations made more than 90 days before the retreat: 50% of the total payment will be refunded, or the amount may be transferred once to another retreat or training within 12 months.
• Cancellations made between 60 and 90 days before the retreat: 25% of the total payment will be refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 60 days before the retreat: no refund will be issued, as logistics and venue costs are finalized.
• If you have not completed your payment plan by the agreed date, your spot may be released without refund.

3. Transfers

• You may transfer your booking to another approved participant up to 30 days before the retreat start date, at no extra cost.
• Transfers to future events may be offered at the organizer’s discretion in exceptional circumstances.

4. Cancellations by Organizer

• If the retreat is postponed or canceled by the organizer, participants will be offered either a full refund or a credit transfer toward a future retreat or training.
• The organizer is not responsible for travel expenses, flights, visas, or personal costs related to participation.

5. Participation & Responsibility

• Retreats are educational and experiential, not therapeutic. You are responsible for your emotional, mental, and physical well-being before, during, and after the retreat.
• By attending, you agree to uphold the retreat’s principles of consent, confidentiality, and respect for all participants.
• The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe, unethical, or disruptive, without refund.

6. Refund Exceptions

• Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations due to illness, travel disruption, or personal emergencies. However, a credit transfer may be offered at the organizer’s discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, exercises, and materials shared during the retreat are the intellectual property of David Marius.
• Reproduction, teaching, or sharing of these materials without written consent is prohibited.
• Recording of sessions is not permitted unless explicitly authorized.

8. Agreement

By registering, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to participate with responsibility, integrity, and respect for the space and its participants.
