This is up to you and the amount of practice you put into this art. You will get the knowledge and a space to explore. Most of the people attending this training see effective results on the first day. However, I teach techniques, not capabilities.

No. This isn't a tantra training or a sex training. This training is more psychology and BDSM based, but it has some energetic components to it too. I'm not a tantra teacher.

This is a training, not a healing retreat. The teachings in this course might help you heal some trauma or feel more pleasure, but you should not see this training as a place to process your trauma. Please do so with a professional in private.

By registering for a Weekend Training with David Marius, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment & Payment

• Your place is secured upon full payment or upon activation of your payment plan.
• All payment plans must be completed before the training start date.
• Spaces are limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellations by Participant

• Cancellations made more than 45 days before the event: 50% of the total payment will be refunded, or you may transfer your payment toward another training within 12 months.
• Cancellations made between 30 and 45 days before the event: 25% of the total payment will be refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event: no refunds will be issued, as logistics and venue costs are finalized.

3. Transfers

• You may transfer your spot to another approved participant up to 14 days before the event, at no extra cost.
• Transfers to future events are possible in special circumstances and at the organizer’s discretion.

4. Cancellations by Organizer

• If the training is canceled or postponed by the organizer, you may choose between a full refund or a credit transfer to a future training date or location.
• The organizer is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other personal expenses.

5. Participation & Responsibility

• These trainings are educational and experiential, not therapeutic. You are responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being throughout the event.
• By attending, you agree to uphold the principles of consent, confidentiality, and respect for all participants.
• The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe, unethical, or disruptive, without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

• All exercises, demonstrations, and materials are the intellectual property of David Marius and may not be copied, taught, or reproduced without written consent.
• Recording of sessions is not permitted unless explicitly authorized.

7. Refund Exceptions

• Refunds are not guaranteed for last-minute cancellations due to illness, travel disruption, or personal emergencies, though credit transfers may be offered at the organizer’s discretion.
