MEGA COURSE

Ecstatic Hypnosis is a body of work compiled of everything you can learn about erotic hypnosis and its different applications through time and culture. The course includes a library of sessions updated regularly that illustrates these different applications.

While prior experience is welcome, we start with the fundamentals. You'll learn everything needed to facilitate erotic hypnosis safely and effectively. 

The course focuses on hypnotic techniques and energy work. While we discuss pleasure and sexuality openly, there is only very little nudity or explicit sexual content in our materials.

Plan for 3-4 hours weekly: 90 minutes for live calls, 1-2 hours for practice and course materials. All calls are recorded if you can't attend live.

This is no longer a certification course. David is currently building a year-long certification program on general hypnosis that will serve as a recognized diploma.

You'll have access to weekly group calls, our private Telegram community, and direct email support for technical or content questions.

Yes. Although it a personal journey, couples often join together.

You can begin incorporating techniques as you learn them. The way you integrate these teachings to your professional practice is your responsibility.

David works as a mentor for those who want 1:1 support on their hypnosis journey. He also offers personalized coaching program in everything related to BDSM and power dynamics. By enrolling in any Course with David Marius (online or in person), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment & Access

• Enrollment is confirmed upon full payment or upon activation of your payment plan.
• All payment plans must be completed before the course end date to maintain access to materials and certification eligibility.
• Access to course materials (videos, manuals, and recordings) is granted once the course begins and remains available for the defined access period (usually two years for online courses).
• All materials are for personal educational use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without written consent.

2. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are non-refundable once the course has begun, as access to digital materials and group spaces is provided immediately.
• Cancellations before the start date may be transferred once to a future course within 12 months.
• If you cancel participation after the course begins, you remain responsible for completing your payment plan unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Attendance & Certification

• Certification is awarded upon completion of all required modules, live sessions, and practice assignments, along with demonstration of ethical and professional conduct.
• Attendance and participation are essential to qualify for certification.
• Completion of a course does not authorize you to teach or reproduce the material without explicit permission or completion of a teacher-training program.

4. Cancellations by Organizer

• In the event the course is postponed or canceled by the organizer, you may choose between a full refund or a credit transfer to a future edition.
• The organizer is not responsible for indirect costs such as travel, accommodation, or personal expenses.

5. Responsibility & Conduct

• Courses are educational and experiential, not therapeutic. Participants are responsible for their own emotional, mental, and physical well-being during and after participation.
• Respect, confidentiality, and consent are fundamental values of every program. Any participant engaging in unethical, unsafe, or disruptive behavior may be removed from the course without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

• All course content—including videos, frameworks, manuals, and live recordings—is the intellectual property of David Marius and protected under copyright law.
• Reproduction, distribution, or teaching of this material without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

7. Refund Exceptions

• Refunds are not guaranteed for last-minute cancellations due to illness, travel disruption, or personal emergencies. Credit transfers may be offered at the organizer’s discretion.

8. Agreement
