Although you will learn the most effective techniques in hypnosis, energy work and mesmerism, this course doesn't give you the accreditation necessary to be a recognized therapist in certain countries such as the US. However, the certification recognizes your competences as a facilitator so you can create transformational spaces. I wouldn't recommend using these techniques to intentionally "heal" trauma unless you are a psychotherapist or a medical professional. My advice is to remain transparent with your clients and give them the agency to remain responsible for ther own process at all times.

While prior experience can be beneficial, it's not required. Our training caters to various skill levels, from curious beginners to experienced practitioners looking to refine their techniques. What's most important is your openness to learn and grow.

No. The Ecstatic Hypnosis Mastery Program transmits knowledge and skills. What you build from that transmission, and how you integrate it into your work, is your responsibility. The Organizer's position is that facilitation mastery lives in presence, practice, and ethical judgment; a piece of paper neither creates nor validates it.

The Program does not issue certificates or accredited qualifications. This is intentional. The "conscious" space already circulates enough credentials that mean little in practice, and this Program has no interest in adding to that stack.

Students who complete the full 24 weeks receive a letter of completion as a record of participation and the scope of material covered. Students who additionally attend a retreat and hold space alongside the Organizer may, at the Organizer's discretion and on an individual basis, be recognized more formally; this remains a personal evaluation, not a standardized award.

You are trusted to know your own capacities, to represent your training honestly to clients, and to continue developing your craft beyond this Program. Describe yourself as a trained facilitator. Avoid terms such as "licensed therapist" or "certified hypnotherapist" unless you hold separately recognized professional qualifications in your jurisdiction.

Terms & Conditions: Ecstatic Hypnosis Mastery Facilitator Program

1. Parties and Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern enrollment in the Ecstatic Hypnosis Mastery Facilitator Program ("the Program"), a 12-week live online training running January 2027 to March 2027. The Program is offered by David Marius (trading as Apex Mindworks, Dubai, UAE), hereafter "the Organizer." By completing enrollment and payment, the participant ("Student") agrees to these terms in full.

These terms apply to both enrollment tiers: the Mastery Program (3,000€) and the Online Program + Retreat bundle (5,500€). Where terms differ between tiers, this is noted explicitly.

2. Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or activation of an approved payment plan. Spots are limited to 50 students and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis; enrollment confirmation is sent by email.

Payment plans must be completed in full no later than 60 days after the Program start date. If a payment plan installment is missed and remains unpaid after a 7-day grace period, the Organizer reserves the right to suspend access to the platform and live sessions until the balance is settled. A spot will be held for up to 14 days during this period; beyond that, it may be released without refund of amounts already paid.

All prices are listed in Euros (€). Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the Student according to their country of residence.

3. What Is Included

Mastery Program (3,000€) includes:

• Access to all 12 weeks of live group sessions (every Thursday, 3 hours), practice pods, and Q&As
• Lifetime access to the course platform and all recorded training materials (150+ hours)
• Lifetime access to the Telegram community
• A letter of completion upon finishing the Program (see Section 7)

Online Program + Retreat bundle (5,500€) includes:

• Everything in the Mastery Program
• A reserved spot at the Ecstatic Hypnosis Retreat in Portugal, 24–30 April 2027, in a shared room
• Upgrade to private room available at an additional 1,500€, subject to availability

Guest Masters are invited at the Organizer's discretion. Specific guest appearances are subject to change due to availability; no refund or compensation is owed if a previously announced guest is unable to attend, provided a comparable guest is offered in their place.

4. Cancellations by the Student

Mastery Program (3,000€ tier):

Given the live cohort structure, limited cohort size, and preparation costs involved, the following policy applies:

• Cancellation more than 60 days before the Program start date: 50% refund, or full credit transferable to a future cohort or other David Marius program within 18 months
• Cancellation between 30 and 60 days before the start date: credit transfer only (no cash refund), valid for 18 months
• Cancellation less than 30 days before the start date, or after the Program has begun: no refund and no credit transfer

Online Program + Retreat bundle (5,500€ tier):

The Program portion (3,000€) follows the cancellation policy above. The retreat portion (2,500€) follows the retreat-specific cancellation terms in Section 5.

If a Student enrolled in the bundle wishes to withdraw from the retreat component only, they revert to the Mastery Program pricing (3,000€). Any amount paid above 3,000€ is subject to the retreat cancellation terms.

5. Retreat Cancellation Terms (Bundle Tier)

• Cancellation of the retreat component more than 90 days before 24 April 2027: 50% of the retreat portion refunded, or full credit transferable once to another retreat or training within 12 months
• Cancellation between 60 and 90 days before the retreat: 25% of the retreat portion refunded
• Cancellation less than 60 days before the retreat: no refund issued
• Transfers to another approved participant are permitted up to 30 days before the retreat, at no extra cost
• The Organizer is not responsible for travel costs, flights, visas, accommodation outside the retreat, or any personal expenses related to attendance

6. Cancellations or Changes by the Organizer

If the Organizer must cancel, postpone, or substantially restructure the Program due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (including force majeure, platform failure, or insufficient enrollment), Students will be offered either a full refund or a credit transfer to a future cohort. In the case of postponement, Students retain all access rights and enrollment priority.

Individual live sessions may be rescheduled when necessary. Where a session cannot be rescheduled, it will be delivered as a recording with a live Q&A supplement. No refund is owed for individual sessions handled in this way.

7. Program Completion and Recognition

The Ecstatic Hypnosis Mastery Program is a skills-based training. Upon completing the 12 weeks, Students receive a letter of completion acknowledging their participation and the scope of material covered. This is a record of commitment and the skills built across the Program.

The Program does not issue accredited certificates, diplomas, or therapy qualifications. This is a deliberate choice: the Organizer's position is that facilitation mastery is demonstrated through presence, skill, and ethical practice. Students are encouraged to represent their training accurately and to describe themselves as trained facilitators, refraining from using terms such as "licensed therapist" or "certified hypnotherapist" unless they hold separately recognized professional qualifications in their jurisdiction.

8. Nature of the Program and Participant Responsibility

The Program is educational and experiential in nature. Content spans hypnosis, neuroscience, NLP, tantra, kundalini, somatic practices, sound, ritual, and business development. Some exercises involve altered states, breathwork, and somatic activation.

Students are responsible for their own physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing before, during, and after participation. Students with a current diagnosis of psychosis, dissociative disorders, epilepsy, severe PTSD, bipolar I disorder, or any condition that may be contraindicated for trance or breathwork are advised to consult a qualified medical or mental health professional before enrolling. Participation in any exercise is voluntary. Students retain full agency to pause, step back, or not participate in any element without affecting their standing in the Program.

The Organizer is not liable for any physical, emotional, or psychological effects arising from participation, except in cases of direct negligence on the part of the Organizer.

9. Community Standards and Code of Conduct

All Students agree to uphold the Program's principles of consent, confidentiality, and mutual respect throughout the 24 weeks and in all community spaces, including the Telegram group:

• What participants share in live sessions and the community remains confidential and is kept within the group
• Consent is sought before any practice exercise involving another participant
• Discriminatory, predatory, or manipulative conduct toward other Students or the Organizer's team will result in immediate removal from the Program without refund

The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Student whose conduct is unsafe, unethical, or disruptive to the learning environment, without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All training materials, session recordings, written content, exercises, methodologies, and curricula shared within the Program are the intellectual property of David Marius / Apex Mindworks. Students are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for their own learning and professional practice.

Students may apply the techniques and approaches learned in their own facilitation work. Reproducing, reselling, republishing, or using the Program's materials to create a competing training or program, in whole or in part, without written consent from the Organizer, is prohibited.

Recording of live sessions by Students is not permitted unless explicitly authorized for a given session. Violation of this clause may result in removal from the Program without refund.

11. Platform Access and Technical Responsibility

The 2-year platform access period begins on the date of the Student's enrollment confirmation. Students are responsible for maintaining the technical requirements necessary to access the platform. No refund is issued for inability to access the platform due to the Student's own technical limitations.

In the event of platform migration or discontinuation of the current hosting service, the Organizer will provide reasonable notice and alternative access arrangements. Access will be maintained for the full 2-year period or the equivalent in an alternative format.

12. Privacy and Data

Personal data collected during enrollment and participation is processed in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable. Data is used solely for program administration, communication, and community management, and is not sold or shared with third parties without consent. Students may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by contacting [email protected].

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, EU consumer protection regulations for Students resident in the European Union. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek resolution in good faith before initiating formal proceedings. The Organizer's contact for disputes is [email protected].

14. Agreement

By completing enrollment, the Student confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, and commit to participating with responsibility, integrity, and respect for the space and its community.
