1. Enrollment & Access

• Access to the online course is granted upon full payment or the first instalment of your chosen payment plan.

• Course materials (videos, manuals, and recordings) are for your personal use only and may not be shared or reproduced without written consent.

• You receive unlimited access to all course materials, recordings, and community spaces from the course start date.

2. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are non-refundable once the course begins, as spaces are limited and resources are allocated in advance.

• If you cancel before the start date, your payment or deposit may be transferred once to a future edition within 12 months.

• If paying via a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments even if you discontinue participation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Attendance & Certification

• Certification is awarded upon completion of all modules, live sessions, and practice requirements, as well as demonstration of ethical standards and competence.

• Attendance at live calls and submission of practice assignments are required to qualify for certification.

• This course provides certification for personal and professional practice but does not authorize you to teach Hypnosis Mastery material without explicit approval.

4. Disclaimer

• The course is educational, not therapeutic. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

• You are responsible for your own emotional, mental, and physical well-being during and after participation.

5. Cancellations by Organizer

• In the unlikely event the course is postponed or cancelled, you may choose between a full refund or transfer to a future edition.

• The organizer is not liable for indirect costs such as travel, accommodation, or personal expenses.

• Any behavior deemed unethical or harmful may result in removal from the course without refund.
